Returns take up to 2-4 weeks to reach us. Once received and reviewed, a decision will be made if you are eligible for a refund. If your request for a refund is approved, then it will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
